Jayme Williams from @fit_n_clean_mama posted an amazing recipe that we want to share with you! Jayme created a filling, delicious, prebiotic and probiotic rich oatmeal bowl. It's a great portable warm breakfast!

Combine:
-1/2 C quick cooking oats, cooked in water
-1 scoop The Daily Uplifter (purchase here!)

-1 scoop collagen

Top with:

-fresh blueberries
-Cinnamon
-1 spoon of smooth almond butter
