🍪Gut Healthy Cookie Dough🍪
Lauren from @detroit_wellness posted a great prebiotic-filled cookie dough recipe that we want to share with you! If you love this eating cookie dough out of your fridge or freezer but want a healthier, gut-friendly option- you'll love this recipe!

6 tbsp coconut flour
2 scoops The Daily Uplifter (purchase here!)
1 tsp coconut oil melted
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk at room temperature
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 cup Truvia
1/4 cup Confection sweetener
2 tbs chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. I used 2 mini loaf pans to make 2 small batches.
2. Mix the coconut flour, Daily Uplifter powder, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, milk, vanilla extract and sweeteners until fully mixed. Add in the flour mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
3. Pour mixture into your pans and top with a little extra chocolate chips. Place in freezer for 3+ hours and crumble on top of a protein ice cream or eat as is.
