What You'll Need:
1.5 cups wheat bran
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flax chia mix
1/3 to 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
0.5 cup creamy organic peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips
