Prebiotic Decorative Smoothie Bowl!
We're very excited to share another delicious, gut-happy recipe with you! Jade from @jroguljnutrition created a great gluten free, dairy free, prebiotic and probiotic rich smoothie bowl. It's a perfect nutrient-dense and antioxidant rich breakfast or snack.

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
150 g silken tofu
1 scoop The Daily Uplifter (purchase here!)
Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top with:
Sliced banana, whole grain puffed corn, coconut flakes, blueberries, granola, and cinnamon.
