Prebiotic Fiber Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 6 oz unsweetened coconut milk (or any plant milk)
- 1/3 can of organic pumpkin
- 1/4-1/3 organic avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 scoops of vegan protein powder
- About 1/2 cup of ice
