Ingredients:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or the plant based alternative of choice
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 tbsp prebiotic Daily Uplifter
Optional: 2 medjool dates, ice
Toppings:
Blueberries
Flaked coconut
Chia Seeds
Nut butter
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
