Ingredients:
1 cup of Greek yogurt or plant based yogurt of choice
1/2 cup of mixed berries or fruits of your choice
1 tbsp prebiotic fiber Daily Uplifter
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tsp of flaxseed
Topping:
Optional:
Additional nut butter
Fruit of choice
Method:
1. Combine yogurt, prebiotic Daily Uplifter, and flaxseeds in a medium-sized bowl
2. Combine berries with yoghurt mixture
3. Sprinkle with prebiotic breakfast cookie crumble
4. Add any additional optional toppings and enjoy!
