I love snacking. On top of eating healthy meals, it’s really hard to keep healthy and low carb snacks around the house. I would usually grab some random low carb snacks with not too much nutritional values just to keep myself satisfied. I love that these puffs have prebiotics to keep my gut healthy! It satisfies my cravings while helping with my bloats. They are crunchy, delicious and perfect way to keep putting good things in your body.
Salty & Sweet delight light flavor with a bold crunch. You can easily get lost in the sauce if you eat them bedside, but the fact they’re plant based and protein packed is the best thing to consider, they’re especially finger licking good!
Uplift Puffs are amazing!!! I tried the sea salt + apple cider vinegar, the plant powdered cheese, and the sweet and spicy flavors! They all tasted great! My favorite one was definitely the powdered cheese!
So I'm not vegan, but i'm lactose intolerant from being on competition prep for so long. So I need to find dairy-free snacks. Finding tasty vegan cheese snacks is hard to find. The powdered cheese puffs are amazing? Sweet and spicy is a close second. Not too spicy! And apple cider vinegar has a unique flavor that I surprisingly liked!
