Gut Friendly Prebiotic-Fiber Blueberry Muffin Bliss Balls

Hailey creates the most delicious high fiber meals and snacks, and we couldn't be more excited to see these amazing gut friendly blueberry muffin energy balls she created using her Uplift Food Daily Uplifter prebiotic powder!

The simple ingredients required include:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried blueberries
- *2/3-1 cup nut butter – I recommend cashew butter; make sure it’s the drippy kind !! (may need to adjust measurement based on nut butter brand)
- 1/4 cup Daily Uplifter
- 2 T ground flaxseed meal
- 2 T white chia seeds
- 2 T sugar free maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
