1-2 c almond milk ⁣
1 1/2 frozen bananas ⁣
1/2c frozen cauliflower ⁣
1/2c frozen blueberries ⁣
1Tbsp hemp seeds⁣
1Tbsp flax meal⁣
1Tbsp @upliftfood Daily Uplifter 
Topped with berries, hemp seeds, coconut chips and Pb drizz.
