Chocolate Coconut Prebiotic-Fiber Banana Bread

This time the RD-to-be is sharing her recipe for prebiotic banana bread and we know you can't wait to try this recipe at home.
Here's what you'll need:
Wet Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
Dry Ingredients
2/3 cup pulverized GG crackers
2 Tbsp Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup chocolate chips
