Gut Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups!
Nicole (@lashesandlemons) has gifted us with the most amazing recipe: gut healthy chocolate peanut butter cups! Like Reese's, but better.
Here's the breakdown on this gut-happy recipe:
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1 serving Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
2 tablespoons peanut butter
Silicone or paper peanut butter cups molds
1. Melt chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds to prevent burning
2. Add in Daily Uplifter and mix
3. Layer chocolate, peanut butter, then more chocolate to top
4. Freeze until solid and store in fridge
