Ingredients:
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 mashed banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup water
milk chocolate chips
Filling:
1 spoon full of peanut butter
Toppings:
milk chocolate chips
Method:
Mix together the oat mixture and pour into a greased baking dish leaving a little in the bowl to cover the filling.
Scoop a little bit of peanut butter , add to the bowl, and then cover with the rest of the mixture.
Add the milk chocolate chips and bake at 350F for 15-17 minutes, then top with a Gut Happy Cookie!
