Prebiotic Fiber Apple Pie Smoothie

Hope everyone is doing well! This recipe from @your_spoonful is amazing and uses our Daily Uplifter powder which is great for prebiotic fiber and gut health. Alli's recipes are awesome, be sure to check out her page!
Prebiotic Fiber Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/3 cup peanuts
- 1 tbsp of our Daily Uplifter Powder
- 1/2 tablespoon of flax seeds
*Blend all together with a splash of vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg!
