Prebiotic-Fiber Bakery Style Muffins

And now for the ingredients! Here's what you'll need:
1 1/2 scoops Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup + 2 tsp almond flour
1/8 cup melted coconut oil
2 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chocolate chips
