Prebiotic Fiber Banana Bread Cookies

Hey Uplifters!

Today we're sharing a unique, and delicious recipe from @Hold_the_fries yet again! She created a gut-healthy, gut-happy recipe loaded with prebiotics using our daily uplifter.

Prebiotic Fiber Banana Bread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, mashed 
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Handful of chopped walnuts 
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 
  • 1 Tablespoon @upliftfood Daily Uplifter
  • 1/2 banana for topping

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In large bowl, combine the wet and then the dry ingredients.
  • Layer a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray the tray.
  • Scoop little spoonfuls of dough onto the tray.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown
