Prebiotic Fiber Banana Bread Cookies

Today we're sharing a unique, and delicious recipe from @Hold_the_fries yet again! She created a gut-healthy, gut-happy recipe loaded with prebiotics using our daily uplifter.
Prebiotic Fiber Banana Bread Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Dash of cinnamon
- Handful of chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon @upliftfood Daily Uplifter
- 1/2 banana for topping
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, combine the wet and then the dry ingredients.
- Layer a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly spray the tray.
- Scoop little spoonfuls of dough onto the tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown
