Here's what you'll need:

-8 oz. coconut milk
-1 scoop protein powder 
-1 frozen banana
-2 pitted Medjool dates
-1 serving Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
-Handful of ice

Add to a blender, mix it all up and enjoy!
