Prebiotic Fiber Berry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 handfuls of frozen mixed berries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
- 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt
- nut milk base + water
