Prebiotic Fiber Black Forest Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cherries
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- A few drops of rum (optional)
- 1 serving of Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
- Topped with plant based yogurt and cherries
