Prebiotic Fiber Blueberry-Banana Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 serving Daily Uplifter
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup bananas
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 dates
  • Handful of spinach
  • Handful of ice

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
