Prebiotic Fiber Blueberry-Banana Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 serving Daily Uplifter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup bananas
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp sunflower seed butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 dates
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
