Prebiotic Fiber Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup of frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
- A few ice cubes
