Prebiotic Fiber Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup / 230ml almond milk (or other plant based milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup / 25g old fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoons of the Daily Uplifter
  • A dash of sweetener of choice (eg: agave, honey or maple syrup)

For toppings:

  • flax meal
  • hazelnuts
  • drizzles of chocolate
