Prebiotic Fiber Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup / 230ml almond milk (or other plant based milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup / 25g old fashioned oats
- 2 tablespoons of the Daily Uplifter
- A dash of sweetener of choice (eg: agave, honey or maple syrup)
For toppings:
- flax meal
- hazelnuts
- drizzles of chocolate
