Prebiotic Fiber Chai Carrot Apple Porridge

Prebiotic Fiber Chai Carrot Apple Porridge
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup quinoa
- 1/2 plant-based milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1/4 water
- 1/2 cup shredded apple
- 1/3 cup shredded carrot
- 1 serving of Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
- 1 tbsp instant Chai
Blend these ingredients together and top with sliced apple, salted caramel balls and/or cookies!
