Prebiotic Fiber Chickpea Chocolate Cookie Dough
Ingredients:
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- ¼ cup (60ml) plant milk (eg almond, oat, soy)
- 2 ½ tbsp (40g) nut butter (peanut, almond or cashew)
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp of Uplift Food's Daily Uplifter
- pinch of salt
- vegan chocolate chips
- optional: 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup, for extra sweetness
