Prebiotic Fiber Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 serving vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tsp of sweetener
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
