What You'll Need:
1 cup oats
1 cup walnuts
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1 scoop Uplift Foods Daily Uplifter powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar cookie spice
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 tablespoon chia, hemp, and buckwheat blend
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup peanut butter
