Prebiotic Fiber Coconut Mango Turmeric Bowl

Hope everyone is doing well and had a great weekend! Today we are super pleased to share a delicious, refreshing recipe packed with prebiotic fiber from @jackfruitfulkitchen. Jackie shares creative plant-based recipes, so be sure to check out her account!
Prebiotic Fiber Coconut Mango Turmeric Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (any plant milk will do)
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 of a date
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp golden milk blend
- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 serving Daily Uplifter
Place a bowl in the freezer to chill. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and purée until smooth and thick. Then transfer the smoothie to a chilled bowl and top with fresh fruit and unsweetened coconut flakes. And ENJOY!
