Prebiotic Fiber Gingerbread Oatmeal 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp all spice
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • Gut Happy Cookie
