Prebiotic Fiber Vegan Lemon Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp chia seeds

- 1–2 tsp maple syrup
