Ingredients:
- 2 cups dates (about 7-10 large pitted dates)
- 3/4 cup coconut shreds
- 1/2 chocolate bar or 4 squares
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop of the Daily Uplifter
- 1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
