 Prebiotic Fiber Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • plant based protein powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • our Gut Happy Cookies!
  • maple syrup
  • chia seeds
  • your favorite toppings: maple granola, fruit, cinnamon
