Prebiotic Fiber Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- plant based protein powder
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- our Gut Happy Cookies!
- maple syrup
- chia seeds
- your favorite toppings: maple granola, fruit, cinnamon
