Prebiotic Fiber Matcha Vanilla Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop plant based matcha vanilla protein
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 ½ c milk
- 3 oz greek yogurt
- 1 serving of the Daily Uplifter
The rim: Greek yogurt and a nut blend. Cacao nibs + almond slices + coconut + flax seeds + pumpkin seeds + puffed millet and amaranth
