Prebiotic Fiber Pancakes 

Hey Uplifters,

Hope everyone had a good safe and healthy weekend! As the weather gets slightly colder, it is very important we are staying healthy and keeping our immunity up. This pancake recipe is a great breakfast option that's healthy, packed with nutrients and great for a chilly morning! Check out @your_spoonful for more healthy yummy recipes!

Prebiotic Fiber Pancakes 

Ingredients:

½ c Flour (I used Whole Wheat Flour)
1 Tbsp of the Daily Uplifter 
1 scoop Protein Powder
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ mashed Banana
½ c Pumpkin Puree
1 Flax Egg (1 Tbsp Flax:3 Tbsp Water)
2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or: 2 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
½ c Almond Milk
