Prebiotic Fiber PBJ Baked Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 packet instant oatmeal⠀
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder⠀
- 1 tbsp pb2⠀
- 1 tbsp pea protein powder
- 1 tbsp of the Daily Uplifter
- Handful of blueberries ⠀
