Prebiotic-Fiber Peanut Butter-Banana-Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars

We know that Sunday meal-preps can get a little boring so we're brining you an easy, prebiotic-filled recipe to make your meal-prep a bit more exciting (and gut-happy).
Ingredients:
1 cup mashed bananas (approximately 3 bananas)
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk of choice
1 1/3 cup almond flour (can sub oat flour)
1 1/3 cup oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; line baking dish with parchment paper
2. Mix together bananas, peanut butter, and milk until well combined and creamy
3. Add in flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and Daily Uplifter; stir until completely combined
4. Fold in chocolate chips
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until done)
6. Slice into bars and enjoy!
