Hope everyone is staying safe and keeping healthy, and what better way to do that then to make a delicious pumpkin smoothie bowl! Prebiotic Fiber Pumpkin Smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

Smoothie:

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 frozen papaya (or banana)
  • Steamed then frozen cauli
  • Cooked then frozen sweet potato
  • Cashew (or almond) butter
  • Nut milk to blend (I did half almond + half cold brew coffee

Toppings:
