Prebiotic Fiber Pumpkin Smoothie bowl
Ingredients:
Smoothie:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 frozen papaya (or banana)
- Steamed then frozen cauli
- Cooked then frozen sweet potato
- Cashew (or almond) butter
- Nut milk to blend (I did half almond + half cold brew coffee
Toppings:
