Prebiotic Fiber Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients:
Smoothie:
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 3/4 cup liquid (I used almond milk and water)
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 scoop Chocolate Maca
- 1 Tbsp of the Daily Uplifter
- 1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini
- 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
Chia pudding:
- 1 banana
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
