Prebiotic Fiber Creamy Blueberry Smoothie

Hope everyone is doing well! As the weather is nice and warm, we wanted to share with you guys a delicious, refreshing smoothie recipe from @nfnutrition packed with lots of prebiotic fiber! Check out Stephanie's account for many more fun recipes!
Prebiotic Fiber Creamy Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of the Daily Uplifter
- 1 small bush Fresh mint
- 1-2 handfuls spinach
- 1-2 medium frozen cooked cauliflower florets
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup ice
Add everything to a high-speed blender and ENJOY!
