Hope everyone is doing well! Today we are sharing a delicious easy healthy smoothie bowl recipe packed with prebiotic fiber from @ambitiously_a_crohnie. Erica's account is filled with recipes, motivation and a healthy dose of real talk.
Prebiotic Fiber Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (I used a blend of blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry)
- 1 scoop @upliftfood powder
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
