Prebiotic Fiber Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 ice cubes ⁣
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk⁣
  • 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (I used a blend of blueberry, blackberry, and strawberry) ⁣
  • 1 scoop @upliftfood powder ⁣
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup ⁣
