This bowl is high in protein, pre- and probiotics, and antioxidants to supercharge your mornings!
Prebiotic Fiber Super Berry Overnight Porridge
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Lupin flakes / oats, microwaved with 1 cup milk of choice the night before
- 3/4 cup frozen berries
- 3 tbsp Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
- 1 sachet Immunity Tonic
Blend these ingredients together and top with your choice of fruits, nuts, and granola and enjoy!
