Prebiotic Fiber Vanilla Coconut Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra to decorate)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 servings of the Daily Uplifter
- 1-2 tsp blue spirulina powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 cup cashew nuts
