Uplifting Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini
1/2 an avocado
1/2 frozen banana
2/3 cup coconut or almond milk
Toppings:
1/3 cup dairy free yogurt mixed with 1 tsp purple sweet potato powder
Fresh blueberries and raspberries
Kiwi Slices
Hemp seeds
Cacao nibs
Directions:
Blend everything well in a good quality blender and then add all your fun toppings!
