Vanilla Uplift Milkshake Recipe:
1 cup nut milk (Krystal recommends almond milk)
1.5-2 cups frozen cauliflower
1 tablespoon ghee
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1-1.5 tablespoons vanilla
1 scoop Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
Top with sprinkles (Krystal's are colored using veggies)!
