Gut Strengthening Creamy Prebiotic Breakfast Parfait
170g Greek yoghurt or Skyr of choice
1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit of choice
*Optional add ins: Any of your favourite gut healthy ingredients such as hemp seeds, desiccated coconut, crushed nuts, nut butter or a drizzle of your preferred sweetener.
- Place half the yoghurt in a small jar.
- Top yoghurt with most of the crumble pieces and fruit.
- Add remaining yoghurt.
- Place remaining fruit, crumble, and any optional extras on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
