170g Greek yoghurt or Skyr of choice
1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit of choice
*Optional add ins: Any of your favourite gut healthy ingredients such as hemp seeds, desiccated coconut, crushed nuts, nut butter or a drizzle of your preferred sweetener.
  1. Place half the yoghurt in a small jar.
  2. Top yoghurt with most of the crumble pieces and fruit.
  3. Add remaining yoghurt.
  4. Place remaining fruit, crumble, and any optional extras on top.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
