170g Greek yoghurt or Skyr of choice
1/2 cup chopped fresh fruit of choice
*Optional add ins: Any of your favourite gut healthy ingredients such as hemp seeds, desiccated coconut, crushed nuts, nut butter or a drizzle of your preferred sweetener.
  1. Place half the yogurt in a small jar.
  2. Top yogurt with most of the prebiotic cookie crumble pieces and fruit.
  3. Add remaining yoghurt.
  4. Place remaining fruit, prebiotic cookie crumble, and any optional extras on top.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
