Prebiotic-Fiber Antioxidant Chocolate Cupcakes

Emma from @emsswanston posted another chocolate lovers's gut healthy recipe! Make this prebiotic-rich, paleo, gluten-free chocolate cupcake recipe and we're sure you won't regret it!

For the muffins:
1 over-ripe banana
1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
3 eggs - or flax eggs
1/4 cup almond butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 Tbsp filtered water
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2-1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg, cardamom & cloves
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
**Add ins:

Collagen, Maca, Reishi
Chocolate Frosting:
1/4 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup dark chocolate
1 tsp coffee
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Blend muffin ingredients
2. Bake @350 for 15-20 mins
3. Cool
4. Melt chocolate and coffee
5. Add salt, vanilla & cream
6. Cool until spreadable
7. Slather muffins
8. Devour .
