Chocolate Chip Prebiotic-Fiber Coconut Banana Waffles

Today we're sharing a delicious gut-healthy waffle recipe. Julia from @endlessmunchies uses her Uplift Food Daily Uplifter to create delicious waffles that will leave you wanting more.

**Makes 5 mini waffles
Ingredients:
Full fat coconut milk
1 egg
Half a banana
Almond + coconut flour
1 scoop of The Daily Uplifter (purchase here!)
Vanilla extract
Baking powder
Maple syrup
Baking chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients
2. Cook with waffle maker and then make a waffle sandwich with peanut butter in the middle
3. Enjoy!
