Cori from @matcha_and_margs posted an amazing prebiotic-filled breakfast bowl recipe that we want to share with you. Make this delicious gut-healthy recipe using Uplift Food Daily Uplifter to create this delicious brekkie bowl!

Directions:

1. Mash a few roasted sweet potatos with maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract.

3. Top with some pomegranate seeds, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
