HOW TO COOK OATMEAL
Uplifter and the creator of this classic oatmeal bowl, @leigha.luvs.oats, recommended the stovetop method to cook oatmeal. This method is great for whole oats since they take more heat and cooking time!
Boil water in a pot, then add all ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn down the heat, cover, and let simmer on low for 7 to 10 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally to avoid burning.
Pour into a bowl. Add your favorite topping and enjoy! ❤️
We genuinely LOVE this bowl of oatmeal and all of it is prebiotic and mood-supportive glory. It’s been our favorite daily go-to for a pretty and wholesome breakfast! We know you’re going to love it too. 😉
Enjoy, Uplifters!
