High Prebiotic Fiber Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins

High Prebiotic Fiber Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
2 over-ripe bananas1 egg or flax egg
1/2 cup peanut butter or tahini
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Uplift Food Daily Uplifter
Instructions:
Blend everything but chocolate
Bake at 175'C/ 350'C for 15-20 minutes
Once it's ready, drizzle the muffins with extra melted dark chocolate. Serve and enjoy.
